We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return after receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item so we can assess the problem and correct it.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if a refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue your refund.

For order over 100 US dollars, we ship by Fedex, and the shipping time is about 7 -10days.For order less than 100 US dollars, we ship by Post, and the shipping time is about 20 to 30 days.
